Baby Rice Cereal – Strawberry or Plain – 50g

Baby Rice Cereals are a great treat for hamsters and rats, and particularly beneficial during aging, or to help with weight gain post surgery, illness or malnourishment.

Strawberry: (for those hamsters & rats that love strawbs)
Made from rice and our own dehydrated strawberries (fruit & leaf),
Free of artificial flavourants, additives, preservatives, colourants, added sugar and other artificial ingredients. Provides additional Vitamin C for recovery.

Plain: (for those hamsters & rats that don’t fancy strawbs)
Made from plain rice, it is free of flavourants, additives, preservatives, colourants, sugar, and artificial ingredients.

How to Mix:
1/2 teaspoon cereal to 2 teaspoons warm boiled water. Let stand for a bit.
Add a dash more water or cereal if necessary – it should be of a saucy/soupy consistency for the furkid to lap up (not braai-pap!)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Rice cereal (or baby cereal of any brand) should only be given as an occasional/weekly treat to healthy young/adult hamsters or rats. It is not a replacement for either dry mix or fresh food and should not be given daily.
